Jane is a twenty-five year veteran of the Houston marketing and graphic design community, in both agency and corporate marketing positions. As President of Xenn Creative, she guides decision making for business, marketing and operational strategy, including developing positioning, maintaining profitability and guiding future direction and growth of the company. Her ability to see the big picture and make things happen has enabled Jane to cement lifelong working relationships with her many clients. As Senior Vice President at Easterly, Jane directed the account management group and served on the Senior Management team, which was responsible for guiding the company. Jane has managed marketing projects for national and international clients such as American Airlines, Baker Hughes, Noble Energy, Brinker International, Quanta Services and BMC Software, among many others. During her 11 years at Pegasus Design, most recently as Executive Vice President, Operations, she was responsible for both account and creative project management. Prior to that, she spent 7 years in marketing and communications at BJ Services Company. Jane is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing/Advertising.
